This set of exercises, which Sifu Lomas teaches at his own kung fu school, are an excellent set for whole body development. They are predominantly from the school of Hung I-Hsiang but Sifu Lomas has incorporated some other movements from different schools to even up the exercise regime. There are ten exercises in the set.
