This course teaches you the foundations of Kung Fu. Everything you learn in Kung Fu is based on the fundamental principles learnt in this course.

Sifu Lomas teaches:
How to train the best body mechanics to generate power correctly and effectively.
The Fundamental stances: horse, bow and arrow, cat, unicorn.
Three hand positions: normal fist, leopard fist, tiger claw.
The basic punch and the uppercut.
Two Kicks – snap kick and stiff leg kick.
Body movement and transitioning between stances.

Even if you have had some training in Kung Fu it is good to go over this course and make sure that you are doing the same things in the same way and that you understand why you are making particular shapes and doing particular moves. Advanced Kung Fu is basic Kung Fu done with excellence.
