Standing Meditation (Zhan Zhuang) is foundational for developing internal kung fu.

What most people do not realise is that Zhan Zhuang can be develop a multitude of different attributes, depending on the focus and intent of the practitioner. After setting a basic standing method, we are going to look at how Zhan Zhuang can help develop: healing, martial arts, reeling-of-the-silk, strength and Taoist cultivation.

We are also going to look at some moving Chi Kung exercises which again can be focused to develop specific attributes desired by the practitioner.
