Building on the Five Elements and basics taught in Volumes 1 & 2, Volume 3 teaches the first short form of Xing Yi, the 5 Element Linking Chain, the 12 fighting animals with numerous variations and applications for each animal, and the Five Elements Elbow variation (available as a free sample below).
