Iron Body Beater (Iron Body Brush)

Used for self-hitting in our iron body training course The Complete Iron Body Method.

Handmade from stainless steel rods with a stainless steel, polished handle, this iron body beater (or iron body brush) is of the highest quality, built to last a lifetime and beyond.  The rods are welded rather than glued for extra stability. Other inferior quality beaters are glued instead of welded and made with mild steel which can be prone to rust.

1-inch diameter (2.5cm) beaters are 20 inches long (50cm) and 4.4lbs (2kg) in weight
1.5-inch diameter (3.8cm) beaters are 20 inches long (50cm) and 6.6lbs (3kg) in weight

We recommend 1-inch diameter beaters for beginner to intermediate practitioners and the 1.5-inch diameter beaters for larger/advanced practitioners or those who have done a significant amount of physical training. Custom-made larger sizes are also available on request for highly advanced practitioners.
