Tian Gan (Heavenly Stems) is a set of 24 exercises which cover all the angles of stand-up fighting, teaching you how to generate power from the foot to the hand.
It also inclues a few health-specific exercises which develop attributes that are useful for the fighter but are not directly technique-based. This version of Tian Gan is from the Hsu Hong Chi lineage, the famous XingYi / Bagua / Tai Chi Master.
